TYPE: Two pack water based galvanizing compound.

GENERAL PROPERTIES: ZRC® ZERO-VOC is a advanced-technology cold galvanizing compound based on a trade secret binder which affords true galvanic anti-corrosion protection to metals without the necessity of sandblasting for most metals. Also withstands high temperatures.

SUBSTRATES: Apply to properly prepared carbon or hot-dip galvanized steel, cast iron and aluminum surfaces.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR: Contact with potable water, acids or alkaline environments will require appropriate top coats.

SALT FOG EXPOSURE: 10,000 + Hours (ASTM B117)
PROHESION/QUV EXPOSURE: 2,000 + Hours (ASTM D5894)
